We had so many great comments from our first AMRAP post last March, that we thought we'd give you another one to add to your repertoire!
AMRAPs (As Many Reps (or rounds) As Possible) are fun, challenging, and a great way to add some variety to your workouts. The premise is simple. You have a few whole-body, heart & muscle-pumping movements that you repeat in sequence for as many times as you can in your designated time. In this case, we're using three movements for 7 minutes. One round should take you about one minute, so you can probably fit six or seven rounds in the 7 minutes. It's not about going fast. Just keep it smooth, continuous, and use good technique. Watch the video first, then give it a try. Stay with in your fitness level and abilities.
