This is movement #8 in the SAMM Series (Super Amazing moveBALL™ Moves.) The glute bridge (supine hip extension) is a must-have in almost every workout. It gets into often-forgotten muscles of the extensor chain (back of the body), including the hamstrings, gluteus maximus and erector spinae (important for posture).
