Here's SAMM #7 (Super Amazing moveBALL™ moves)! When I pick up my moveBALL™, this is my go-to movement. Without thinking, my body just naturally starts doing this. It's a simple, powerful, whole body movement that will elevate your heart rate and challenge your shoulders. One of my favourite 3-movement mini cardio circuits is (1) moveBALL™ Squat + High Jab for 90 seconds; (2) BOSU straddle sprint for 90 seconds; and (3) jump rope for 3 minutes.
