AMRAPs (As Many Reps (or rounds) As Possible) are fun, challenging, and a great way to add some variety to your workouts. The premise is simple. You have a few whole-body, heart & muscle-pumping movements that you repeat in sequence for as many times as you can in your designated time. In this case, we're using three movements for 7 minutes. One round should take you about 1-1/2 minutes, so you can probably fit four rounds in the 7 minutes. It's not about going fast. Just keep it smooth, continuous, and use good technique.
