We’re days away from the time when most everyone resolves to get back on the exercise wagon. However, because we have been exercising regularly throughout December, January 1 is no big deal. We don’t need to get back on the wagon, because we’re already there. Pat on the back for us! Beginning our New Year with a head start means there is nothing we can’t accomplish for the upcoming eleven months. Yeah!
